iPorsche – iPod integration system

A month or so ago I was pressed to find a decent iPod integration method for these cars.

I couldn't find anything that I was happy with that didn't involve $150+ worth of random parts from various obscure sources, hacking up my wiring harness and using random cigarette-powered devices. I wanted something that would give me clean audio input into my head unit, power and charge my iPod and appeal aesthetically with nothing more than a simple, easy single iPod connector in plain view.

I couldn’t find anything that I was happy with so I set on a quest to just make one myself!
After a using the prototype in my personal vehicle for some time and confirming that I'm happy with the results I've decided to share the love and put together several units to sell to my fellow enthusiasts.

And the iPorsche is born.

The iPorsche is a device that will play sound from an iPod directly through your head unit, charge your iPod and easily integrate into your vehicle.
Unlike most of the pieced-together kits that some people have come up with, this kit will include both keys for radio removal, a ground loop isolator, mounting tape, heat-shrink connections and endless customer support. (Without a ground loop isolator you would experience a high-pitch whine caused by your alternator.)

This kit will include EVERYTHING that you need to install it in your car, as well as detailed instructions.

I have mine installed in the cubby under the radio, you could also install it into the ash tray area, glove box, center console, wherever you feel it'd go best in your vehicle.
